		<description>Sorry to hear you're having hand symptoms. I use Dragon Naturally Speaking version 9 Preferred which works very well on a PC. You can use it for everything from dictating word documents to surfing the web via voice. However, I use it along with a head cursor for some of the navigation tasks since I find DNS gets frustrating when used for everything. There is also a great Kensington trackball mouse that really helps folks with those symptoms- email me if you're interested in any more info!</description>

An amusing followup to that post on Second Life- I went on one night and the wheelchair became detached from the avatar which I didn't realize. The next time I signed back on (I don't go on too often) there was a message from someone - "Found your wheelchair in the street and thought I'd return it...."</description>
