		<description>Sorry to hear you&#039;re having hand symptoms. I use Dragon Naturally Speaking version 9 Preferred which works very well on a PC. You can use it for everything from dictating word documents to surfing the web via voice. However, I use it along with a head cursor for some of the navigation tasks since I find DNS gets frustrating when used for everything. There is also a great Kensington trackball mouse that really helps folks with those symptoms- email me if you&#039;re interested in any more info!</description>
